Time Limited Family Reunification Program (TLFR)

178297251 (1)Time Limited Family Reunification is a home and community based service that works with parents of children recently placed in foster care.  The goal is to assist parents in removing barriers to reunification including strengthening parenting skills, promoting child development, finding stable housing/employment, connecting with mental health or drug and alcohol treatment, and facilitating parent-child visitations. Service is coordinated with caseworkers and case aides from the Office of Children and Youth.

Erie County

Who should be referred?

Families of children within ten days of placement in foster care.
