Child Welfare Services
- 100% of families receiving Brief Services in Venango County had no new instances of abuse and/or neglect
- 100% of families participating in Family Group Decision Making in Erie and Mercer Counties completed a plan that was accepted by the referral source
- 100% of families enrolled in Family Preservation Services in Erie, Crawford and Mercer Counties had no new instances of abuse and/or neglect
- 238 youth received services through the Independent Living Program
- 100% of children in Intensive Family in Crawford County had no new instances of abuse and/or neglect
- 64 children were provided with permanent homes
- 100% of families involved with the Permanency Department reported satisfaction with services
In-Home Behavioral Health Services
- 180 individuals and families received services through Family Based Mental Health
- 100% of families enrolled in Family Behavioral Health in Venango County had no new instances of abuse and/or neglect
- 83% of families participating in Family Behavior Therapy in Crawford County abstained or reduced substance use during treatment
- 100% of youth enrolled in Functional Family Therapy in Erie County remained in an educational program
- 100% of youth in Multisystemic Therapy in Mercer County reported success in the school setting
School-Based Services
- 1,758 evidence-based groups were offered by Behavioral Intervention Specialists in Erie's Public Schools
- 97% of students enrolled in Project SOAR/ROAR maintained their school placement
- 226 students were referred to the Student Attendance Improvement Program
- 4,300 occurrences of programs to students, staff, families and community members were offered at Pfeiffer-Burleigh Elementary School
Mentoring, Support and Education Services
- 156 children received services through Big Brothers Big Sisters
- 510 individuals attended Children Cope with Divorce classes
- 100% of families in Re-Entry completed plan that was accepted by the referral source
Outpatient Psychiatric Clinic
- 545 individuals received services
- 154 individuals received medication management with a psychiatrist
- 98 of clients in Erie County reported that services made a difference
