Program Impact


Child Welfare Services

  • 100% of families receiving Brief Services in Mercer, and Venango Counties had no new instances of abuse and/or neglect
  • 100% of families participating in Family Group Decision Making in Erie and Mercer Counties completed a plan that was accepted by the referral source
  • 90% of youth participating in the Independent Living Program in Erie County remained in an educational program.
  • 821 individuals and families received Permanency Services and 109 children achieved permanency

In-Home Behavioral Health Services

School-Based Services

  • 22,077 meetings were held with a Behavior Intervention Specialist and a student needing support through Behavioral Support Services at Erie's Public Schools
  • 85% of students enrolled in Project SOAR/ROAR in Crawford County maintained school placement
  • 2,022 middle school students at Erie's Public Schools participated in LifeSkills training as part of the Opioid Misuse Prevention Project
