Counseling Services
- 581 individuals received services in the Center for Counseling and Wellness
- 3,152 outpatient therapy sessions were held for individuals, couples, and families
- 73 psychiatric evaluations and 410 medication checks were performed
- 100% of clients enrolled in Family Based Mental Health in Erie County demonstrated improved safety and boundaries
- 90 families participated in Family Behavior Therapy in Crawford, Erie, and Mercer Counties
- 100% of youth enrolled in Multisystemic Therapy in Mercer County were able to remain in the home and avoid out-of-home placement
- 93% of students enrolled in Project SOAR/ROAR in Crawford County maintained functioning in their regular school environment
Permanency Services
- 100% of families receiving Brief Services in Mercer County had no new instances of abuse and/or neglect
- 92% of youth participating in the Independent Living Program in Erie County reported having safe and stable housing
- 686 individuals and families received Permanency Services and 110 children achieved permanency
Community Support Services
- 84 youth were matched with an adult mentor through Big Brothers Big Sisters of FSNWPA
- 100% of youth enrolled in Big Brothers Big Sisters of FSNWPA reported feeling safe when with their big brother or big sister
- 287 individuals attended Children Cope with Divorce classes in Erie County
- 100% of families participating in Family Group Decision Making in Erie County completed a plan that was accepted by the referral source
- 1,288 middle school students at Erie's Public Schools participated in LifeSkills training as part of the Opioid Misuse Prevention Project
