Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) of Family Services of NW PA is excited to announce dates for 2024 Bowl For Kids' Sake, the organization's largest annual fundraiser.
This year's event will be held on three consecutive Fridays - May 3rd, May 10th, and May 17th at Greengarden Lanes in Erie. Bowling sessions are available at 5:30 and 8:00 pm.
Bowl For Kids' Sake 2024 is presented by Aetna Better Health Kids. "We are so grateful to Aetna Better Health Kids for supporting this year's event as the Platinum Sponsor," said Heather Filson, Big Brothers Big Sisters Program Supervisor. "Support from local businesses helps further our mission to ignite the power and promise of youth."
This year's theme is "Rock 'N Bowl For Kids' Sake." Participants will enjoy entertainment by Millennium Sound Productions and are encouraged to wear rock star costumes. 100% of proceeds from Bowl For Kids' Sake go directly into the program to recruit new volunteers, support current matches, and host match events.
To participate, community members and local businesses must form a team, pick a date and time, raise a minimum of $300 per team, and get ready to Rock 'N Bowl For Kids' Sake! Participation includes unlimited bowling for two hours, food and beverages, and chances to win great prizes.
