The Foster Care program at Family Services of NW PA was thrilled to receive holiday gifts from the Riders Advocating Against Child Abuse (RAACA) Erie PA. More than 40 children received the gifts donated by RAACA at the Holiday Party.
Each foster child received multiple gifts – and even bicycles! The wide eyes and excited faces were wonderful to see. Children need to know they have people on their side, and now the foster children at Family Services of NW PA know that the members of RAACA are there, too.
