Family Services of NW PA is thrilled to welcome Steve Piotrowicz as the new Director of Development! Steve joined the team in early July and is already making a great impact.
Born and raised in Erie, Steve has eight years of experience as an advancement professional with a strong background in fundraising, donor engagement, and strategic development. Before joining Family Services of NW PA, Steve served as the Director of Annual Giving at McQuaid Jesuit School in Rochester, New York. In that role, he oversaw the planning, branding, and data-driven execution of annual giving programs. Additionally, Steve oversaw capital grant projects, assisted with endowment giving, and served as a member of the President's leadership council.
As the new Director of Development at Family Services of NW PA, Steve will be responsible for annual giving programs, legacy giving initiatives, donor management, and fundraising.
"I am truly honored and excited to join the team of Family Services of NW PA," said Steve. "As someone who lived in foster care and was adopted by my family from this exact organization, I've experienced firsthand the impact it can have, not just professionally, but personally. This opportunity feels like a full-circle moment, and I'm grateful to contribute to the mission that has already played such a meaningful role in my own journey."
Moving forward, Steve will be the main point of contact for all development activities. He can be reached at spiotrowicz@fsnwpa.org.
