CALL FOR ENTRIES
ABOUT
This free art show will celebrate Foster Care Month. Current and former foster children, foster families, adoptive families, and members of the general public will have the opportunity to submit works of art demonstrating their inner superhero.
ELIGIBILITY
Current and former foster children, foster families, adoptive families, and members of the general public. The following art mediums will be considered: drawings, paintings, mixed media, sculptures, and poems.
VOTING
Artwork submissions will be judged in the following categories:
- Preschool
- Grades 1-4
- Grades 5-8
- Grades 9-12
- Adults
- Families
Voting will be open to the public. There will also be a Judge's Choice Award and a People's Choice Award.
DEADLINE
Submissions due by May 7, 2021. Voting will take place May 9-22.
ARTWORK SUBMISSIONS
Please submit a photo of your artwork for judging. Each file should be a .jpg, 72 dpi, and less than 2 mb.

Upload Instructions:
- Use indirect light to minimize glare.
- Take the photo as straight on as possible to prevent distortion and hold as still as possible.
- Check your image for blurriness and make sure it is clear.
- Save your artwork after submitting. We will professionally photograph the winning artwork in each category to be used on our website.
