PAY RATE: $43,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
JOB TYPE: Full Time
LOCATION: Crawford County

$2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS*

*$500 at 90 days, $500 at 180 days and $1,000 at 1 year

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Family Based Mental Health Program Supervisor in Crawford County is responsible for providing supervisory services and administrative planning services. Responsibilities include program development, implementation, and evaluation. The supervisor must provide 24-hour on-call crisis services to staff and/or clients as needed.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Provides clinical and work supervision for the Family Based Mental Health program.
  • Participates in the development of staff training programs.
  • Provides clear expectations of staff performance, accurate and timely evaluations, and goals for future growth.
  • Attends three (3) year model curriculum provided by the Philadelphia Child and Family Therapy Training Center, Inc. aimed at developing the necessary knowledge base of Pennsylvania's Family Based Mental Health Program.
  • Attends Project Director's training provided by the Philadelphia Child and Family Therapy Training Center.
  • Utilizes the four styles of Situational Leadership.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Master's degree in social sciences plus three years supervised clinical experience required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
