Position: Supervisor, Center for Counseling and Wellness & Drug and Alcohol Services
Reports To: Vice President
Pay Rate: $60,000-$68,000 annual salary
Job Type: Full time
Location: Erie County
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus*
*Bonus offered in three increments, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Supervisor in the Center for Counseling and Wellness and Drug and Alcohol Services at Family Services of NW PA provides supervisory services and administration planning services.  Responsibilities include planning, developing, implementing and evaluating the program. 

JOB DUTIES:

  • Responsible for overseeing administrative and clinical operation of Licensed Center and Drug and Alcohol services in accordance with respective regulation and agency policy.
  • Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and evaluating the program.
  • Ensures staff support and development in accordance with agency model of supervision.
  • Ensures staff meet established performance and documentation standards, evaluates performance and works with staff to set goals for future growth.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Master's degree in social sciences, licensure preferred.
  • Certification in Drug and Alcohol services.
  • Two years supervisory experience.
